For best viewing and hearing be sure to:
use a computer with headphones use a wired internet connection (not WIFI) close all unneeded running applications avoid any other network-intensive tasks (large file transfers, etc.) allow video to buffer for up to 90 seconds before reloading page ensure Windows volume control is at maximum level ensure speaker volume is set to a comfortable level (laptops may have hardware volume controls on case)
If you are having difficulty viewing the broadcasts:
live streaming does not function using GotoPC or VPN try refreshing the link / reloading web page try loading the URL in a Firefox browser restart your computer check volume in the Windows control panel check speaker volume (laptops may have hardware volume controls on case)

And make sure of increasing the volume level.
