For best viewing and hearing be sure to: |
- use a computer with headphones
- use a wired internet connection (not WIFI)
- close all unneeded running applications
- avoid any other network-intensive tasks (large file transfers, etc.)
- allow video to buffer for up to 90 seconds before reloading page
- ensure Windows volume control is at maximum level
- ensure speaker volume is set to a comfortable level (laptops may have hardware volume controls on case)

- live streaming does not function using GotoPC or VPN
- try refreshing the link / reloading web page
- try loading the URL in a Firefox browser
- restart your computer
- check volume in the Windows control panel
